Previous incidents

The issue with the sporadic downtime has been resolved.

The slack bot is periodically (~1 time per day) down due to a combination of:
1. badly configured low resources
2. no proper firewall to prevent scrapers / bots

We're working on adding the firewall in place. We have have already scaled up the resources - which should minimize downtime by much on its own.
